  1. Primero. Por Secretaria General REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por la senora Maria Josefina Lopez de Estrada contra la Caja de Credito Agrario, Industrial y Minero en liquidacion, al Juzgado
  2. Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Armenia, para que este asuma en forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional y, en consecuencia, adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial sin mas dilaciones.
  3. Segundo. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE la decision adoptada en esta providencia al Juzgado Diecinueve de Familia de Bogota, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
